We have completed over 100 condominium plans over the past 30 years and as the regulations and statutes change, we are able to work with all the new possibilities to devise new approaches and concepts.  We have projects that range from Common Element condominiums where only the road is considered a condominium and all the surrounding properties are parcels of tied land (POTL`s), to traditional or complicated condo towers with swimming pools, underground parking, and strata easements.
