SUBDIVISIONS

We have completed numerous subdivision plans over the past 30 years and continue to work on anywhere from 5 to 700 lots at a time. All our major projects are tied into UTM coordinates and calibrated with precision GPS that provides an accuracy of +/- 5 millimetres. This allows for a quick fix of any lost survey bar and a way for the engineers and construction crews to work on-site even after all the survey bars are destroyed.  We work alongside the owners, planners, and engineers to be the most effective we can be.
